Shipping & Returns

All of our skincare products are made by hand in small batches to ensure maximum potency and freshness. Please allow for 1-3 business days for us to receive and fully process your order.


IMPORTANT: Christmas HQ closure. All orders placed via our website from December 10th until the 31st of December 2022 will be sent in the new year when we return to the office after a break this holiday season. As our gift to you and to thank you for your understanding, we shall include a d'still Aventurine Facial Roller FREE with all orders placed during this period of time. 



Delivery within the UK will usually take around 2-3 business days and is free when you spend £70 or more in our online shop.  We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail.



For international orders, please proceed to checkout to make sure your country of origin is listed. We apologise if we do not currently ship to your home country, but please rest assured we are constantly trying to expand d’still so it may be enjoyed world wide. The cost of shipping your order will be calculated and applied during checkout.


Important: Ordering outside of the UK will give rise to customs and import duties. As a result of BREXIT this now includes the European Union.

It is important to be aware that ordering outside of the UK will give rise to customs, import duties and handling fees. As a result of BREXIT, this now includes the European Union. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct taxes, customs charges and handling fees if any, are paid according to their own countries legislation.

Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to D'STILL. If this is the case there will be a processing fee of £10 deducted from your refund in addition to the shipping costs incurred to send the package to you and the shipping costs to be return to D'STILL. Please ensure you are happy to pay the import duty and any associated fees BEFORE placing an order. 

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.



Due to the hand made nature of our products, their potency and freshness, exchanges and returns will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. Each of our product pages provide comprehensive information about our formulas so you can make informed decisions as to whether our products are right for you before purchase. If you have any specific questions regarding a formula before purchase please email and our natural skincare formulator Ula will be in touch to respond to any questions you may have regarding your skin concerns and how our products can help.

We can not provide refunds to customers whose parcel has been returned to sender. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for redelivery or to pick up their parcel from their local post/sorting office if the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful. In the event that the parcel is returned to sender, we will do all we can to contact the buyer to organise redelivery of their order. 

In the case of any damaged or defective items in your order please send a detailed email accompanied by a photograph of your order to no later than 5 days after delivery and we will asses the defect and issue a replacement of the item immediately.
